We believe that everybody deserves an equal opportunity to contribute to success. 3% of our employees are extremely skillful translators and data entry specialists with visual or auditory impairment. This culture of respect and belonging brings unique talents that add value to our teams.

Our greatest investment is our human capital. We nurture our employees and care for their wellbeing on many levels. Professionally, we provide training and job opportunities that ensure their continuous development. Personally, we provide a work environment that supports a healthy work-life balance for them; including flexible working hours, work from home options, monthly treats and weekly game nights.
Women Empowerment
We pride ourselves that women represent more than 50% of our staff in general and of our managing roles in particular. Our CEO, Manal Amin, inspire women from the entire globe with her success story. She won the Life Time Achievement Award from the AWIEF (Africa Women Innovation & Entrepreneurship Forum) in 2022. She was also ranked 77th among the 200 Most Powerful Women in the Middle East by Forbes Magazine.
Reading for Inspiration
We strive to develop communities that are educated, healthy, sustainable, and culturally lively. Hence, Arabize has its own reading club “Meen Bye2ra Eh” since 2007. It has been the cultural hub for all young writers and readers in Egypt since it was created. Arabize also has two big libraries in its main headquarters that hold many valuable books that feed the mind and soul.

In Arabize, we believe in the value of giving knowledge and its impact on our society’s sustainable development. Hence, we have been providing free sessions, internship programs, and training to share our know-how and experience with younger generation for the past decade. This is to assist in bridging the knowledge gaps between the educational system and the market needs; and hopefully lead the students’ path to a stronger career journey.
